End of year project - 3D movie adaptation

I had to adapt a tale into a 3D animation movie and realize everything. I have picked up the movie theme "Spy film", and from that I have chosen to adapt the "Robin hood" story: he is a thief and I imagined the theft scene as the main plot of my "Spy film".
So I first elaborate the scenario of the story: this is the story of an "Robin hood" guy who lives in a poor neighborhood with bad news and is sad about that and decides to steal the big bank to redistribute the money to his district. Then I drew all of the characters and the story-board to explain my story to my teachers and they have validated it!
After that, I began to model my characters and the places in a light cartoon style: I thought that the story can be interesting and suitable for children. I have used a lot of techniques: starting form boxes for the body, sphere for the head and hairs, sometimes create for nearly nothing for the rest. This was too a game of textures: I have made them all in Illustrator, then imported in 3DsMax®. I also had to use Adobe Animate® (not mentioned here) to make the animations on the Robin's phone, then use the .gif of the animation as a texture. Which was very tricky! Then I have rendered it in a normal mode, no need of realistic lights. After the (long) rendering, I mounted everything on Adobe Premiere Pro®, I have also used Adobe After Effects® for the scene to simulate the screen of a monitor.
